I am ... That !

I BEGAN the search for the true Happiness with a fully functional body-and-mind.
Along my search path, I gradually recognized the existence of feelings as processes ( Seeking for The True Happiness !.) although they are not separate and fixed objects like processes in Computer Science .
Like a morning breeze, they are coming and they are always going away ...



A DESIRE FOR something or to be someone, for example, could arise violently in our mind, but let thoughts go by be nonthinking !.
It will soon go away while we are still always here, in the Present Moments...

AGAIN unlike processes in Computer Science, these processes are very independent, aggressive and also very creative! We could say, they are living processes!
If a desire is satisfied today, for example, it will tomorrow want more and also will be more violent and aggressive if objects of desire are denyed ...



FINALLY, after a one-hour under attack by the Perception, or Mind, or the Sixth Sense, or whatever name it is, I recognized the existence of Mind which is not me ! and which is also a process !... (*)





SO, WHAT IS ME THEN, WHO IS ME THEN ?

WITHING SOME defined concepts, we could say something about that ! ....
Well, drs Durius Nguyen is a jobless stupid man.
Well, he should be a farmer, because he grew up in the farm.
Well, he fought together with the capitalism ...
Well, he used to eat hot chili a lot, some years ago ...

WHAT COULD I say about "ME", without those defined concepts?



THE REGCOGNATION OF ThePerception or Mind as a process, is the beginning to the collapsing of the whole Belief System which is defined by the nonexistent "Me" !

Ha ...Ha ...Ha ...
The true nature of drs Sau Rieng Nguyen is merely a collection of processes, which are always changing and impermanent like any other things in Nature ...

SO, WHAT IS my Personality, what is my Choices, what is ME ?

Eating hot chili every day is Me ?
or not eating hot chili at all is Me ?
or sometimes eating hot chili is Me ?

Eating hot chili everyday is my Choice ?
or not eating hot chili at all is my Choice ?
or sometimes eating hot chili is my Choice ?



SOMETIMES you should easier show the existence of something by the contrary, i.e., by the recognition of which is not.
Well, Personalities and Choices do never exist outside the domain of Mind !
Mind is not me !
The Senses are not Me, Feelings are not Me, Consciousnesses are not Me, ...
And none of the objects of them is Me !...



IN MY search path, "Me" did never fight back against any attack, but it is always the ultimate winner !

LET THOUGHTS GO BY BE NONTHINKING is to be back at Home like a child under the shadow of his mother,
to be ... Me !





"ME" is therefore something non aggressive, non violent !
It is something peaceful in the Empty Space .(**) where you could never find anything, using the thinking minds ...
So ...

Clearly the whole world as we normally see around us is created, identified and defined by Processes : It is always changing, and It is the greatest Elusion from Time !
What does that mean ?
That means, no matter whether or not you are looking at your Life under the eyes of Buddhism or Islam ...
or whatever Religion or Doctrine you are, the whole world around you as you normally understand is Elusion : Objects are intercepted and intepreted dependent on the states of Processes ! ...
And this is not the meaning or point of view of someone but it is simply the Truth ...

The Empty Space is not necessary an absolute void space ! It could contain anything except those defined by the thinking mind ...
